This week's pipeline is in solid shape overall. Total open opportunity value sits at $2.4M across 18 deals — up 14% from last week, driven largely by two new enterprise deals added by the West Coast team.
Rep activity was strong: 47 calls and 93 emails logged across the team. Sarah Chen led with 14 calls. One deal, Crestview Partners ($210K), moved backward from Negotiation to Proposal.
Built for sales leaders and RevOps teams who live in Salesforce but hate building reports.
One price per org. No seat fees, no setup costs, no surprises.
About the cost of one hour of analyst time a month, not a $165/mo analytics platform.
Salesforce can email a report on a schedule, but what arrives is rows of data you still have to read, compare with last week, and turn into a story. CRM Digest reads the same pipeline and activity data and writes that story for you: what changed, which deals stalled or had no activity, and what is closing soon, in plain English you can forward as-is. There are no reports or dashboards to build first.
You connect through Salesforce's own login page, so we never see your password. CRM Digest only reads your pipeline data. It never creates, updates, or deletes a Salesforce record. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can revoke access at any time in Salesforce (Setup, then Connected Apps OAuth Usage). To write each summary, the relevant pipeline data (deal names, amounts, stages, rep names, dates) is sent to our AI provider.
Four or five short paragraphs: overall pipeline health, deals with momentum, deals at risk, the closing forecast, and what to do next, using your real deal names, amounts, and rep names. Below the summary come tables of your top deals, deals closing soon, and rep activity. See the sample report for a full example.
Yes. The 14-day free trial needs no credit card. Paid plans are billed monthly with no annual contract, and you can cancel from your dashboard at any time.
Teams that are not on Salesforce, since it is the only CRM we connect to today. It is also not a BI tool: if you want interactive dashboards or custom forecasting models, CRM Digest is not built for that. It is for sales leaders and RevOps teams who want the weekly pipeline story written and delivered for them.
I've spent 19 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, building reports and dashboards and then fighting the clunky scheduler to get them to the people who needed them. CRM Digest is the tool I wanted: your pipeline summarized in plain English and emailed on your schedule. On Pro you can set up as many scheduled reports as you like, and send them to Slack too.
